Dr. Archie Chung & Assoc. Optometrists has been serving patients in the community for over 35 years! It is our philosophy to understand our patients as individuals and craft visual and eye health solutions that are unique to them. We are looking for Optometrists who are passionate about vision and eye health and can help us bring this ethos to life in our group of busy practices. Our practices hold a cohesive team of optometric assistants and optometrists who are focused on creating exceptional patient experiences. Despite small team environments in each clinic, our group of practices is home to over 30 optometrists many of whom have their own specializations and are always available for mentorship and consultation on cases.
Responsibilities:
● Providing patients with eye care services
● Prescribing and dispensing of contact lenses and nutraceuticals
● Diagnosis, management and patient education for eye health conditions
● Work with the team to create exceptional patient experiences
Requirements:
● Licensed to practice Optometry in the Province of Ontario
● Registered with Go Secure for OHIP billing
● Fluent in English (proficiency in an additional language is an asset)
● Ability to work independently and in a team
● Inspired to grow your practice through continued learning and personal development
● Proficiency with electronic medical records and general computer skills
