Job Title: Associate Optometrist
Location: Downtown Vision, Financial District Toronto
Position Type: Permanent Part-Time (2-3 weekdays, including Friday)

About Us:
Downtown Vision is a full-scope optometry-led dispensing clinic that has served the financial district for over 35 years. We recently relocated to a brand new facility in the PATH of the Richmond Adelaide Centre. With a long-standing reputation for excellence in eye care, we are equipped with well-trained staff and state of the art technology, including Zeiss HFA3, Zeiss OCT 500, OPTOS California RGB, Lipiscan, Tonoref III. Downtown Vision is also known for their specialty dry eye clinic, as an early adopter of new treatments such as Inmode IPL, RF and Lipiflow. We also offer sclerals, amniotic membranes and punctal plugs.
Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and patient-focused Associate looking to join us permanently as part-time with potential to grow to full-time. While our clinic primarily sees private pay patients working nearby, we also see ocular diseases with an emphasis on dry eye and glaucoma for the medically-oriented optometrist.
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an ACOE accredited program
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Optometrists of Ontario
• Interest in dry eye management or another specialty area is an asset
