What you will do includes:

  • Delivering comprehensive eye health exams with great patient communication and education
  • Utilizing clinic technology to deliver the best possible care
  • Fitting Ortho-k and specialty contact lenses along with managing other anterior segment conditions
  • Helping children slow down progressive myopia with solutions such as OrthoK, specialty soft lenses, myopia control spectacles, and atropine therapy
  • Managing pre and post operative care for LASIK, PRK and refractive surgery patients
  • Diagnosing, treating, and monitoring common conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts
  • When necessary, properly refer patients to appropriate ophthalmologists, and coordinate any necessary follow-up care
  • Be comfortable managing or triaging emergencies during office hours
  • Participate in meetings to help set goals and review practice performance
  • Support our general marketing initiatives with creative ideas for social media and community involvement

What you bring:

+ Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution

+ An Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to contribute to practice growth

+ Willingness to participate in community initiatives and outreach events

+ Good communication

+ Ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin

+ Initiative and self-motivation

+ Availability to work on Saturdays

+ An open mind
