What You’ll Do:
Coordinate patient flow and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointments and reminders for a busy team of doctors.
Process OHIP and private insurance claims and payments.
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers, managing inquiries and referrals.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinic operations (inventory, opening/closing).
