Hello, We are looking for an Associate Optometrist to cover a maternity leave. We have 4-5 days a week available starting October 2025 with the potential to stay on long-term at our full scope practice in ELMIRA, ON.
Elmira is 10 minutes NORTH of WATERLOO, ON and growing quickly with young families moving to the area. Our practice was first opened in 1988 and has a strong base of loyal patients with significant patient growth.
We provide full scope primary optometric care including high level ocular health assessment, prevention, and treatment; a large and diverse selection of ophthalmic and sunglass frames; and contact lens fitting and retail. We provide assessment and therapeutic options for myopia treatment including axial length and topography with a Topcon Myah. The Myah also allows us to provide more in-depth dry eye assessments. Our diagnostic equipment includes a Topcon Maestro OCT, Humphrey’s Visual Field Analyzer with liquid lens, a Canon Digital Retinal Camera, Perkins and iCare Tonometry, Topcon Auto K/R, and Topcon Myah.
We strive to work with our patients to provide the care that best meets their needs/requests and believe that educating our patients is an important component in comprehensive and preventative eye care. Everyday, our goal is ‘Seeing Deeper than the Surface’.
