Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dry Eye Specialist (new grads welcome) to join our expanding team across three of our busiest locations: Etobicoke, Oakville, and Burlington. This role is dedicated to managing and treating patients with chronic dry eye and ocular surface disease, with a strong referral network already in place. You will be supported by certified ocular hygienists and equipped with the latest technology in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dry eye assessments using Meibography, Tear Osmolarity, and other diagnostics including Anterior Seg OCT and Topography (Medmont, WAM).
Provide personalized treatment plans, including IPL (Espansione), LLLT, lid debridement, thermal expression, scleral contact lens fits, product recommendations.
Collaborate closely with referring optometrists and internal care teams to manage continuity of care.
Educate patients on at-home therapies, lifestyle modifications, and long-term dry eye management.
Travel between the Etobicoke, Oakville, and Burlington locations according to scheduled coverage days.

Ideal Candidate:
Licensed Optometrist or Ocular Disease-Focused OD with strong interest or experience in dry eye management. New grads encouraged to apply.
Comfortable working with technology-driven treatment protocols.
Willing to travel between multiple clinics.
Patient-centered communicator with a passion for providing compassionate care.
Eager to build and grow the dry eye specialty program in a busy and supportive clinical setting.
