OAO Regional Visits 2026

We are excited to announce the OAO will be travelling across Ontario this June to meet with optometrists for candid, in-person conversations.

These sessions are an opportunity for the OAO to hear directly from optometrists across the province — both OAO members and non-members — on important topics impacting the profession, including:

• Unity and community engagement
• Advocacy efforts, including OHIP negotiations and scope modernization
• The evolving challenges and opportunities the optometry community is facing
• Perspectives on the future of the profession in Ontario
