By joining OAO, you will have a say on changes to the payment model for OHIP-insured services, and other important issues like enhanced scope of practice. We are the only optometric association that can negotiate remuneration in Ontario. And only OAO members have the right to participate in a binding ratification vote when a draft agreement is reached!
