What You’ll Do
· Deliver full-scope primary and urgent eye care, working closely with local hospital and
indigenous health groups
· Diagnose and manage glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, AMD, and more—independently
and alongside OMDs
· Opportunity to arrange outreach days to remote Indigenous and northern communities
· Collaborate with a skilled optometric team
We’re Looking For
· Passion for serving rural / underserved populations and a genuine desire to learn
· New graduate or experienced OD, licensed or eligible for licensure in Manitoba
· Confidence (or eagerness to grow) in medical eye care and independent practice
- Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork but is comfortable working solo
