Compensation & Schedule
– Earning potential: Associates working 5 days/week typically earn $180,000–$200,000+ annually with primary care, with even greater potential when factoring in specialty services
– Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available
– Steady daytime hours — no evenings
– 1–2 Saturday mornings per month (closed on long weekends)

Ideal Candidate
– Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Optometrist in Ontario
– Member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO)
– Committed to excellent patient care and clinical quality
– Friendly, professional, and a collaborative team player
– Interest in specialty services is a plus (but not required)
– Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a modernizing clinic
